Characterizing polymer modified Cementations grout for semi-flexible pavement mixtures

In general, injecting grouts into small fractures, cavities, porous soil media, areas of water leakage, fixing cracks or defects in concrete, and filling spaces beneath metal bases digging anchors are widely applied because the great strength workability cement these materials. Furthermore, grout is employed effectively manufacturing semi-flexible pavement mixes. The goal this research to develop a polymer modified that can be used as flowable for combination was made up Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), Acrylic emulsion (ACR), superplasticizer (SP), water. ACR doses were 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0 percent OPC content. Flowability, compressive strength, flexural tests conducted characterize produced grout, with different amounts specified components being each test. results revealed flow time rises slightly increases. It also shown there an ideal dose based on compression strength. Where most cases, upgrading validated by As conclusion, worthily adds acceptable features mechanical characteristics if constituents optimized.
